Proximity at Watermark required a fully integrated creative direction to establish a new standard of waterfront living in Wilmington. Our team led interior design direction, marketing strategy, and visualization oversight — shaping every touchpoint from the residences to the amenity experience into a cohesive, aspirational lifestyle destination.

Positioned in South Wilmington with direct access to Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, and downtown's Riverwalk, the community needed to communicate both serenity and connection.
